Good judgment comes from experience, and CPM is a team of seasoned professionals with a breadth and depth of experience. CPM founder, president, and CEO, Tim Coker, possesses 22 years of professional experience in the construction industry, as well as a B.S. in Building Science from Auburn University and an MBA from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. His breadth of experience includes project management, field oversight, procurement, estimating, scheduling, and training. He has managed the construction of more than 50 facilities including banks, medical, specialty medical, retail, corporate buildings, and more.
The CPM team is made up of professional construction industry project managers with years of experience managing construction projects in the education, government, medical, specialty medical, corporate, and banking fields.
CPM also maintains a focus on the communities in which we live and work through involvement in and support of various community and charitable organizations.
